People perceive that, bankruptcy is something to be avoided at any cost, but if you are full of unsecured bad debts which you can’t even think to pay, it could be one of the best options to resolve your problem. Filing a bankruptcy means bankruptcy register. Approximately 6000 people file bankruptcy every month in England and Wales only. People believe that they will loose their home if they file it but reality is something very different. In most of the cases it doesn’t happen, because govt. authorities also involved in this procedure.
Tenant can use easily bankruptcy register because they are not at any risk to loose home, if they live in local Council or Housing Association, then as long as they pay the rent on-time no one will ask them to leave it.
